不少人喜欢喝茶，尤其是天气炎热的时候，如果能喝一杯绿茶，感觉全身心都放松了，十分舒服。

但喜欢喝并不代表就会泡。大多数人会认为泡茶，只是拿热水简单一泡就完事了，甚至连先放茶叶，还是先放水都没搞清楚，今天小编就带你们一起来了解一下到底什么才是正确的泡茶法。

一杯真正的好茶，应该从这三个地方把握关键，泡茶方法、泡茶水温、茶叶质量，缺一不可~

正确的泡茶方法

【上投法】——先倒水，再放茶，让茶慢慢沉下去。

上投法适合身骨重、多芽毫的茶叶，像碧螺春、信阳毛尖一类的名优好茶都选择此类方法。

这类茶叶在水中会因为自身重量慢慢下沉，逐渐释放内含物质，表面上附着的茶毫也缓慢地在水中散开，这样泡出来的茶汤口感鲜活，而且不会显得浑浊。

【中投法】——先倒水，大概注满容器三分之一的位置，然后放茶，等茶浸润一会儿，再注水。

中投法一般适合泡龙井一类的新鲜柔嫩的绿茶。

先将开水注入杯中约1/3处，待水温凉至80℃左右时，将茶叶放杯里，再将约80℃的开水从碗沿一个地方倒下去即可。

注水的时候，注意水柱高细些（如图所示），还可以控制水温。

采用这样的泡法， 就不用担心鲜嫩的绿茶因水温过高而出现涩味，让人无法入口。

当然这种方法，就不能用简单的茶杯进行操作了，需要采用比较专业的茶具套装；而且只有用上好的茶具，才能将茶水本身的韵味，最大限度的释放出来。

【下投法】——先放茶，再倒水。

下投法一般适用于叶片面积大的茶叶，如太平猴魁、六安瓜片等。

它们叶片不算特别嫩而且面积大，最好先放茶再倒水，这样可以最大限度保证茶叶的香醇。

最容易被忽视的问题：泡茶的水温

不少朋友泡茶的时候，都喜欢直接用开水泡绿茶，但这样其实大错特错。

因为绿茶都是用新叶和嫩芽制成的，过热的水会导致茶叶被泡熟，里面的成分会发生性变，影响到茶汤的营养价值和口感。

一般来讲，泡绿茶水温最好是80℃，这样可以最大限度保存绿茶的营养价值和口感。
