一、正山小种
正山小种作为红茶鼻祖，距今已有400多年的历史。“正山”代表的是武夷山桐木关或者桐木周边相似海拔，其他地方则是外山小种。“小种”代表的是茶树品种，用的武夷山小叶种菜茶。
传统的正山小种被称为烟小种，使用桐木地区特有的马尾松熏制，具有“松烟汤、桂圆香”、滋味厚重、回甘持久等特点。
不过松烟味的很多人不习惯，现在的正山小种都采用创新工艺，即省略了烟熏这一步，特点是茶汤金黄、花香/甜香浓郁、入口清甜。
